Docucolor 240 print problem

I have problem with printing.
Every 10 or 15 prints look like this.
Like there is no information for further printing.
We tried 2 diferent Fiery RIP-s and the same thing is happen.

ok, I changed the drum, and no longer have the problem of the lines. But still there is the other problem

I'm in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico the best place in the world.
