    Hi sir
    Good day
    I did saw his problem.
Some times, you must see for Loose cables, pins bend, or cables broken(Test the Continuity from all connectors, wires, and fuse Clips)
If NOT board were NOT replace, Try To resolder all Board(Dry solder, Cold Solder, or Oxidize Solder).
However you must sure, that all Coming Power supply is Going in Tolerance: Example: +5VDC, if you measure ( I strong recommend you with a GOOD DMM, like FLUKE,) +5 must be in 5.08-5.12Vdc IF is higher the Power supply is Defective, IT does NOT matter the LED GREEN is ON!, can be fault, or Vice if the Voltage goes out in Negative +4.8 etc, IS FAULTY!. Similiar example with +24VDc
iF You have Schematic Diagrams( i have some from Stahl, but NOT your model) in PDF, would you like to send me to my email i can guide you more Deeply.
Let me know any question or doubt.
    Blessing.
