Just wondering how much trouble it would be to remove the touch panel on a docucolor 260. I'm thinking of purchasing one and my door only measures 31 inches. I just want to know if the touch panel is removable.....I'm just thinking ahead before investing money in a press that I may not be able to get through my door.

It's no problem to remove the touchscreen.

From memory, there's a metal bracket screwed to the side of the machine to which the plastic "shelf" is mounted (on which the touch screen pedestal is attached.) The touchscreen has a cable with connector so it's easy to unplug, the remove it and the plastic "shelf" and if needed for width, you can take the plastic panel off the side of the machine and the metal bracket below screws off with a few screws.

Ok thanks Jeff, that's what I was hoping would be possible. I think with the shelf off it should pass through with no problem.
