Digital Printing Guide?!

I recently bought a KM 2060L digital printer.
I thought that the transition from an office printer would be simple, my old one is a KM +353P.

The company I bought it from told me that after installing the printer in my shop, they would train me how to use it efficiently.
Well it's been almost a month now, and I still haven't learned a thing... Apart from the basic, simple functions.
I'm pretty disappointed by the printing results, especially in rough paper like Aquarelle etc.
Every time I asked them for the settings and how to correctly print on certain papers, they blamed the paper quality.
Anyways, I want to know if there is any guide/tutorial on how to adjust and tinker with the settings so that I can finally understand how to print correctly.

I know that the machine can do amazing things, but I have no clue on how to do them.
