    Dear faizeej,
Can you be more specified, which size do you want to compare?
    70*100 or 50*70.
    Good luck.

I ran a cd-102 Speedmaser for 17 years, it's a fantastic press. We are now in the process of phasing this press out and replacing with three new KBA.

The CD is a machine Made especially for printing cardboard, the XL too but the difference between the two is in the technology used in the two machines there is also the CX it is a mix between the mechanics of the cd and the technology from the XL
The cd is a robust classic machine
On the XL there is another type of plate wedging bars, sophisticated technology for the registers, ink roller separation cylinders to select the ink flow, etc.
There is also for paper printing the SX which is a sophisticated machine supposedly an improvement of the SM
To make a choice of machine you have to start with the need and then you can decide which machine you can buy.
If you tell me the type of printing and the products you have and the budget allocated to the purchase, I can guide you to the right choice of machine while also controlling the cost
