DI Not communicating with computer

The power blinked at our location. When we turned the press back on the data connection light on the panel was on and we could not bring up the computer. Replaced the power supply and that fixed it for about 5 minutes then went out again. Thoughts?

We have a problem like this several times a year, our case was the press couldn't communicate with the other computer. we had to reboot both systems. press booted last so it could find other computer. the order which they boot has a lot to do with the other being able to identify the other.
power surge may have hit the mother board ??, I would check all connections and reseat them and move on from there.
