Im having a problem with the delivery table all of a sudden not going up. When i press the button on the console to go down it works fine but when i press the button to go up i get nothing. Could it be the button on the console that went bad or is there a sensor somewhere that i could check? This is on a QMDI Pro.

Dear Sir:
Hi hope you are well.
Attached you will find the Block diagram for his problem delivery in his QMDI PRO .
1) Measure the voltage +24Vdc in boths limit switch and sensor, and test it each one, repair or replace, look for loose wires, broken
wires, connector corroded, pin broken or bend, clean it.
2) Each signal from limit switch and sensor connect to board ZTK + SLM and then Delivery Motor, look for dirty contact, oil, corroded, dry joint, cold joint, or corroded joint.

Hi, it's only dirt in your delivery, the spray has covered the lens of the sensors for the upper position.
Just go on your knees and look for two small lens one on DS and another on OS inside the delivery, wipe them with your finger and I'll work again

Exactly what Jan said to do. When the optical eyes are covered with powder they tell the press (ZTK Board) the delivery pile is already up. Hence the pile will not raise.
