Defect in colors registration on GTOZPS

I work on Heidelberg GTOZPS 52-2
My problem is when I installed plates I find deviation in printing from the second plate (0.4 mm) to the top on the right side every time
I'm waiting for any help possible

Have a look behind the impression jacket on that 2nd unit to see if there is any rust on the cylinder.

the problem was in my way to feed the plate
But I have a looked behind the impression jacket on that 2nd unit for the first time and i see something stranger the jacket surface is not the same in the first unit the jacket surface is rough
Is this normal?

 

The rough surface you see on the impression cylinder jacket is probably a refined jacket. These jackets are used on presses with a perfector on impression cylinders after the perfector. Straight printing presses and impression cylinders before the perfector will have steel jackets. Since your perfector is between unit 1 and 2 that would explain the refined jacket on PU2.
