Well it is to be expected, the news gets around, but honestly the qmdi46 from Heidelberg with bad machines ...? Well there are worse, but this one took the prize, because it had problems with the supplies, extremely expensive and getting waterless ink is very expensive .. the plates get scratched a lot and are wasted, a scratched plate cannot be repaired ... also the ink is very sensitive ... solution ... I WAS the one who invented the clamp system and uses metallic paper sheet plates that are economical, and I managed to make a water and solution moistening system that uses conventional inks, but I also made the same machine use lasers and make its plates ...

But even so, the QMDI 46 remains eliminated, taken to the landfill, as garbage, nobody wants to invest in them, they no longer trust them, and they sincerely believe that a GTO46 is better, when a qmdi46 is better.

The best are the Plus and Classic versions. Why? Because they have the advantage of being able to use materials that are impossible on other machines, such as inserting materials that are difficult to twist. This is because the paper transfer to the printing cylinder's clamp set is almost immediate. It has no way of releasing without going through the four units, which qualifies it as a nearly sheet-fed flexographic machine... and people don't recognize that, so... I'm opening this thread. I hope many people will share their opinions about the Heidelberg Quimaster Di46 presses.

    Thank you very much,
