Hello,
I upgraded my Canon 5000 to a DC250. Had a local Xerox maintenance provider check over the machine, which had been on a Xerox maintenance plan, but they didn't want to put this one on a plan. Said it was 'too old' for them to put on a plan, but that they would service it if needed.
I am wondering if there is an independent service technician in the Denver area (I'm in Longmont) who would be interested in servicing the machine from time to time. I serviced the CLC5000 myself and would be handling most minor stuff on the DC250.
Which brings me to the second part of my post. Can anyone tell me what the system administrator log in code is? I'm sure there is a sequence that technicians use to access service modes.
Thanks for your help,
Doug
