Data lost on QM DI

To all QM DI users (Classic and Plus),
recently I have many service calls from different customers which have problems with Hard Drives of their press's PCs, no wonder after 20 years of working.
It's not so bad to fix this issue ( I'm preparing a set of hardware and software to be easy applied), but very important is to have specific data of the press.
It's easy to save those dates till the press is working, but when HD is dead it costs up to 3 days service and cost money!!!!.
Don't forget to make your CTORIP copy at least once a year, another way is FOOTPRINT on 3,5 inch diskette. Each of those two copies costs only 3 minutes instead of 3 days. Be clever!!!!
