Dampening problem in Heidelberg 102 CD speedmaster machine

On the primary CPTronic machines from early 90's, if one of the auxiliary motors is not recognized, the rest of them will be out of order. On the photo from HAK INIT test, all HAK modules that have FFF5 are meaning loose or bad connection of the plugs under the units. I recommend you to clean all those plugs with a contact cleaner spray, dry with compressed air, re-connect them and try again. You have to concentrate more Suction drum motor at Delivery, dampening motors on PU1 and PU4.

Could it be reason ? It was found on connector of 2nd unit dampening motor

PFA. In Int test 7, error at HAK01 and HAK02 was from beginning coz of some motor which we have detached but this time, I am seeing error at HAK03

All Motors at init test have error fff5 mean not connected motor so check all these plugs and connectors
Hak1. Auxiliary feeder motor
Hak2. Sheet slow down at delivery
Hak3. Water pan roller pu1

the problem must be in the cable, unplug the cable that goes to the motor, unplug it at the bottom too and take the one that connects to the bottom one to plug directly into the motor. I think it should work. thank you

the cable that leaves in the electrical cabinet is plugged in at the bottom. take the one that leaves in the cabinet and connect it to the motor see.

Yes, it is.
So the cables are damaged.

Today on first printing unit i face some problem..dampining motor work fine for almost 5 to 10 mints.after that it stops.then we have to turn main off and on then again it works for 10 mints and again stops . I change the motor with another unit but motor is working fine.then i change the board to 3rd and 4th unit then 3rd unit motor stop after 10 mints..i thinks its card problem..
Any other thing i need to check..any other suggestions?

Change hak card , check damping proximity nb32, valve ny11, Check motor coupling
Check init, Dyn test
