D125 Image Streaks Lengthwise

Hi all, new to forum. We are having streaking issues length wise on our D125. We have replaced the cleaning cartridge, cleaning cartridge motor, heat pressure rollers in fuser, and the transfer belt. The streaks appear after ~20-200 sheets. If the job is restarted, the streaks go away temporarily. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Check this:

the bearing PL11.4 item 3 is unsticked and the shaft of cleaning brush PL11.4 item 10 is out.

Will be nice to have service manual for this machine if you want to selfservice it.

Thanks for the info on the bearing. We are having a trouble locating the bearing or any similar parts to those in the image, is this on the operator side?
