Cutting die cut stickers

Does anybody on here know how to make the die cutting template or a good machine to use. I am not talking about one from Joanne fabrics either.

For this instance I am looking to expand my business and start to have the ability to make die cut stickers. I am just having trouble finding out ways to make those cutting templates and where to get a machine/what machine.
