Cutter Ideal 5221-90 - electronic problem

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with IDEAL 5221-90, it doesn't show anything on the display except for one red dot. Since I had another one to test, I took out the GAL 16V8 and then it worked. The chip is completely faulty and the one I have cannot be read. Does anyone have the contents of that chip?
