Hello!

I have a Cron 26H UV CTP machine that is leaving vertical lines on my plates sometimes its just one sometimes theres 3 to 5 of them all across my plate. Never in the same locale and I can delete them like its imaged on the plate. I have stumped the CRON tech that is in my area.

Let me know!!

Hello,

Did you check the intensity of your diodes? Are they all in working order? To be seen (?) to calibrate the distance between the plate and the start of the light beam.

  • I have the option of Laser power inspect. I have done that before but I don't know what im looking at when I do it.

You initiate this operation. And on your dialog at the bottom it should appear 26 O. There is another letter that is a diode is no longer operational.

    this is what keeps happening

What strikes me as weird is that you only have 13 working diodes instead of 26. Your PTC is running at a speed reduced by two. Hence perhaps this explanation of the vertical lines.

You have to redo a focus calibration. Or maybe a plate thickness problem. If after calibration still the same, your laser head is broken.
Is your template well adjusted according to the plates you use?

To do this, a CRON operator must intervene. Too complex if you don't know. Where are you from ?
