We are having problems with the CPT screen not displaying press status messages just hex code along with some question marks. This happened after an outside contractor unplugged and plugged back in a bunch of Rek boards and one of the SAK boards trying to find a problem that turned out to be an EAK issue. I am thinking I have to do a SAK reset but I have never done this and am not sure I can find all relevant information I need to copy down before it is wiped. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello Mr. Please check if the cards are in their place and displayed correctly. Take a photo of the SAK card so that we can tell you where to reset it.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I know how to reset it, or at least the procedure called out in the manual, but in that procedure, they warn job and machine parameters will be lost during the reset and much of it I have still yet to find. I have copied down all the limits, but I cannot see the rotation angle of the press, only the one on the post unit console shows. I will compile a list of information is till need as I am sure that would help. Does the SAK reset make sense to you as a reason the press status screen won't show?
