CPC1.02 problem stuck at open

My SM102 cannot go inside the system. When I turn om the machine , Cp tronic screen just hang up and appear text " Heidelberg" cannot go inside just stuck at there. Can anybody help to solve the problem? Thanks before.

Follow this Steps for Troubleshooting:
1) take visual inspection, use the Human Mind the best Invaluable Tool: look if Circuit breaker are tripped or blown fuse in the section power supply Nte, use the schematic diagrams.
2) turn off machine in #1 , and Reseating boards and components. Edge is common source of problem, look for loose and broken wires. Improperly seated connectors, loose, broken wires, missing jumpers.check for obviously damaged components ( burned or discolored to due overheating )
3)Clean Edge connectors w contacts electronic Spray . Then turn on Cpc and test see what did happen.
