I'm planning on buying a SM102-4 from the late 90s and there's machines with both versions of consoles. I wanna know if there's disadvantages and advantages to both. I've heard that later machines from the year 2000 and above have a lower power consumption, can I know if this is true? I'd mainly want to know which is the safer option to go with from either of the consoles.
