CP Bourg BSTn Display freezing

Hello,
We encounter this problem with the Touch Panel at CP Bourg. First some errors we could not see on the display. Then it start freezing during run. Finally we cannot send any data to the machine. After set-up when press enter the data don't go into the machine but the display is freezing.
1. We've checked the cable connection, power supply etc.
2. we moved the touch on the other tower, the same problem.
3. we exchanged the CAN-bus communication board from the motherboard.
4. We exchanged the RAM.

Unfortunately the Producer doesnt supply parts nor he offers support for this machine.

Hi normally when this happen;
1) The ribbon cable for faulty or flat cable
2) clean all Edge connector very well from all Electronic board of the machine, ( 85% of electronic failure is to due this situation)
3) Please test very carefully the power if they are in tolerance,: 0.5% up or down, other must be faulty , repair or replace.
4) Reset the CPU, attached is there the scheme how to do it.

From january, the machine was standstill. Last week we put back the display and everything is working well. I will scope the powersupply again, maybe something is going on there.
