Hello, good afternoon, Can someone help me
I have a problem with Windows startup. After turning on the machine, it reaches this point, and the screen turns blue, staying stuck on this page. It doesn't go any further. We've switched to the second disk to try and recover, but the same thing happens... We've also accessed through the BIOS, and the exact same thing happens.
Can someone help me?

Switch to the hdd2 and wait for scan then return to hdd1 .
If that procedure dont work for you reach me on whatsapm to send you both hdd
