Console

    hey gentlemen’s I need your help again. I run a Heidelberg 102 ZP 1994 cp tronic. My console is dead. Any ideas?

    Assuming you don't have a multimeter, check outlet that console plugs into with another device. If that's OK, the only other things you can visibly check would be the bank of fuses on the back wall of CPC, but even then, they're mostly ceramic body (I think), so you would likely then need a meter. Last thing would be the U28 voltage monitor, which may have failed or is detecting a high or low voltage situation. This can be jumpered out to test it.

    The console came back, but a few minutes later went off again.

    Sounds like the voltage monitor is failing or, as I'd mentioned, your incoming voltage supplying the console is too high or low. You'll need meter to check this, or call your local electrician. You may also temporarily jump it out to prove the problem is the monitor. All this is assuming the power for CPC is coming from an outlet, not fed from the press.
