Colour dots

No the dots are moving.
It's seems to have to much ink been fed.
Washed down and tried again with less ink.
This has removed them

I am now discovering the the blue net on delivery transfer cylinder is non existent.
This could be part of the problem so going to replace that.
If the press is set up to run superblue nets you will need to replace. Be sure that you do not make the replacement net too tight around the cylinder. In the event you do not have replacement nets you could try mounting pieces of weatherstripping in the non image areas of the sheet to keep the wet ink off the transfer cylinders. If you are marking from the transfer cylinders (and it looks to me like the problem) you do NOT want to, as mentioned reduce the ink. Increasing ink tack would be the way to go rather than decreasing tack if the marking is from the transfers.

  • Dots on solids could be due to various factors like ink issues, plate problems, or even dirt on the rollers. Check your ink quality, inspect plates, and ensure rollers are clean

Also The expiration date can influence the quality of the ink, which, in turn, could affect the print by causing problems such as stains or irregularities. If the ink has expired, it is recommended to replace it with new one to see if this resolves the printing issue you are experiencing.
