Our 2nd Indigo does not seem to be nearly as stable as far as color consistency goes. The proofs coming off it will be different from 1 day to the next.
Other than the pip and blanket, what could be causing this? We have 2 new operators and I think their missing something.

    Thanks in advance.

Your blanket temperature could affect the colour and quality of the print. The new blankets opperate best between 140c to 150c.

What press have you got if its Ser 1 then it could be numerous reasons or if a Series 2 it could be many other reasons and Series 3 probably just as many different reasons as the other two ?

One thing to check on is the amatek fans are all working around the ITM , air knife and Scoratron suction as they can affect the color consistency

Also make sure the electrometer is clean be careful how you clean it as its static sensitive device , check that its capillary tube is connected correctly as that is responsible for keeping it clean.
