Color vacuum overflow tank full!

Hi there. I'm running a Vutek GS3250 LX Pro and have been having this problem all morning so far. The machine/software won't turn on properly and keeps going into error.

I've replaced the waste ink tank as this was nearly full, I've checked the capper tray and that's clean and empty. I've checked that there are no disconnected lines anywhere and I've done the classic turn it of and on again with a full power off for 10 mins.

What can this be please. I'm at a loose end now.

I've now sorted this out. If anyone is interested, there was a lack of air getting to the jet packs. Solved by turning the colour pressure gauge which sits at the back of the ink stations. You'll see one for white and one for colour.
