Color Registration

Does anyone know how to improve color to color registration? or what to fix on hardware in order to get better quality on fine details on my printings?. The only solution so far has been printing in One Shot mode, but that only hides the problem.

- Color Plane Registration Wizard fails most of the time even when I'm using new Consumables and this is the only press I have this problem.
- I've performed Harmonic Compensation and Torque Wizard, and Imp. Drum Grippers are new.
- We also replaced the Imp. Brake Gear a couple of years ago, but never improved
- Resistration fails mostly on the gripper side and variation is with all color separations

Many things to check but check the printout with disconnected PIP Brake if it will look same you got an answer.
