Color pilot errors

Hello sirs.

Yes another error on man roland machine, just love it We have troubles with color pilot on R700.

Error comes up when we turn machine on. The head makes a lot of movement and then red led and green led illuminates and stays on. To me it looks like it cannot calibrate its xy positions. On screen we have errors (see pictures). When we helped with hands (pushing) at the movement of the head it started to work. Now we didn't turn the machine off because error could repeat and right now we are busy...

At the moment the color pilot works for 5days withouth problem when it comes to measuring but it cannot proceed its own callibration with colors (you enter some values of colors and then the head try to measure it. In our case the head start to measure and the second that comes to paper it moves back to its origin position)

Service guys said to send complete head to repair.

Do you guys have any other solutions that I could try? Maybe someone had same problem?
