    Hiya All,
I'm making decals to be applied to forklifts. My question is which laminator should I buy? I have a 24" plotter & a 24" cutter. Also, I need to have adhesive on the back of my vinyl decals. The vinyl that I have does already have the adhesive backing but would I be better off getting a laminator that will laminate the front & apply adhesive on the back? If anyone has suggestions or want to share their nightmares & successes, I'm all ears.

    Thanks!

I would recommend the Catena 65 by GBC.

I think your best bet, as far as material, would be a product called Oracal. Its cheap, great finish, and the adhesive is already applied. This material is great for basic applications and with a 4-6 mil laminate you are sure to make a good quality product. Now the best quality material I've found to date, it a material called convex. They make the vinyl as well as the laminate, and we were using this material to produce 18mil motocross graphics. All the materials come in multiple widths and come on a roll. I hope this helps.
