Which packing do you prefer, straight paper packing or a blanket .77 with a .5 packing for Gerbers or Cyrels

    Hi sir
For Gerbers: Prefer a straight paper coating if the system does not require absorption.

For Cyrels: Opt for a 0.77 mm blanket with 0.5 mm packaging to protect the plates and ensure uniform transfer of the varnish.

Gerbers Generally prefer a rigid and uniform surface for optimal transfer.
Straight paper coating is often more suitable, as it provides stability and minimizes deformation under pressure And Cyrels Prefer a slightly compressible surface to avoid damage to the plates and to allow better transfer of the varnish.
A blanket with an underpack (e.g. 0.77 mm + 0.5 mm) is ideal, as it absorbs irregularities while maintaining good elasticity.
