I've been Running 4c process, with Poly plates, on our Hamada e47 for a few years now. I run KCMY,I run the Black and Cyan in one pass,Then single passes for the Magenta and Yellow. I usually run the the stock through Dry first, I've found that when I go to run the Magenta it seems the paper either stretched or shrank, running it through dry, without printing seemed to help alot.

i would suggest having color keys made this way you can match the color keys with each press pass. i would strongly discourage running the yellow first because yellow alone on a sheet is very difficult to see. try to save the most dominant colors for last
also you dont want to let the job sit around long between passes. if you can get all 4 colors on the sheet in a single day do it like that
