    Hello everyone,

I have this issue with my machine's computer. Every time I turn the computer on and boot, this appears on the screen (CMOS battery low). We asked several technicians and no one has come up with solutions since they have no idea where the CMOS battery is.

We restart the computer with Ctrl + Alt + Del, and the screen shows different message (Drive Error, press F1 to Resume). If we press F1, the screen shows: Boot Failure.

What we do all this time is wait for 1-2 hours to let the battery be charged with electricity and then restart the computer.

Does anyone ever come up with this issue too? What is the solution?

    Thank you.

Can you take a picture of the CPU so I can tell you where the battery is? Also take a picture of the IPC model , MC-Ccxxxx

CPU is the board inside the IPC. It's standing up and where all the flat cables connectors are attached. Take a picture and send so I can identify your battery. You can also replace the battery with 2 double AA's then sit the two wires accordingly.
