I am trying to disengage my sorter from my CLC2400. The paper I am using will run through the copier, but jambs in the sorter. I have tried totally disconnecting the sorter, turning the copier off and back on. But it still thinks there should be a sorter attached. So it gives me an error saying sorter disconnected. What do I do so the copier will quit looking for the sorter? I.e. - how can I disengage the sorter and just use a plan tray to catch completed copies?
