clamping won't go down

good day, need help, we have polar 115E machine number 7031429, clamping won't go down using the pedal but during cutting it will go down. we'll be very thankful for your insights on our problem. God Bless.

Sometimes, the Plastic Cam is out of position of position
air gap:0.0-0.1mms will be of adjustment between cam and plunger
Let me know if you can fix it with this.

 

Check the two bolts holding the pedal in place, they come loose and the pedal no longer works.

I can undertand that you did not the exactly adjustment
that i did indicated before. Plastic Cam is out of position or worn, or loose
air gap:0.0-01mms will be the adjustment between Cam and Plunger.
