What is the problem you are having? Did skilled mechanic tell you bladder (bag) is faulty, or did you decide that is the problem? Please explain in detail what problem you are having.

    Dear junker
    Thanks for your reply
The clamp does not catch the plate from both sides and the mechanic tell us the problem in the internal hose
We buy the hose we don't have datasheet
For clamp to work on it

Basically when the hose is punched and has air leakage, you can hear air leak whistle from plate cylinder. Consequently, the clamp will not release plate and you can't pull out plate. But when you are saying "it doesn't catch up plate", in my mind, it's totally different. It's spring torsion which grabs and hold plate inside clamp.
Back to your question, to repair the damaged part, you need to dismantle the plate clamps which is quite difficult and requires tools and experience. But once pneumatic bar is out, you have to remove the cover and then you will reach to this part you posted recently. You need to make a new pneumatic hose connection on one end and seal and punch it on the other end. And ofcourse it needs experience and skills to do this. I would say, it's much easier to get new one from Heidelberg or replacement from China.

    Good luck,

As Matthew states, if you are hearing air surging/whistling when you position plate cylinder and open clamp, only then is there a consideration to replace bladder/bag...but even then it is more common to find rotted air lines. And as far as sending you the instruction pages from the repair manual, it really won't be of much use as they are not "step by step" instructions. You must actually see the repair done by an experienced mechanic, and from there use the manual for reference. It would be impossible to type out the instructions on a platform such as this.

    Dear junker
I understand but our mechanic doesn't repair clamp before and I don't know experience mechanics
But if someone send a video or instruction step-by-step and pages from repair manual

Will that be cash, check or money order? . I apologize, that was mean. Really, MRTYMM, this is like asking your auto mechanic how to rebuild your transmission.
