Clamp lock in bottom position

our polar 115-EMC cutter has issues on the clamp.
when the cutting clamp lock in the bottom position.
cutting circle works properly.
please add your valuable comments for solve our issue.

Thanks to your attention CHOCK,
I mean when paddling foot paddle clamp comes down and doesn't go up.
clamp stays on the cutting bed.
cutting circle works properly.

Hi sir:
1) Cam plastic on Pedal is out of position .

2) With the pedal in the Upper position, must be a gap 0.1 -0.2 mms between plunger of unit control vs adjusting cam.

3) Safety pressure is too low.

If u press the pedal once again dose it go up?

Thanks for replying to my issue,
I do,
1. cam in the correct position
2.adjust cam on the foot padel
3.replaced limit switch on the padel lever

I like to know, what is the safety pressure.

no, itis on the bed until the machine switches off.

sometime clamp working properly.
especially in the morning issue comes.
when working properly it works until the whole day.
