Change Hydraulic oil - Polar 82 EL

I am going to change the hidraulic oil to a Polar 82 EL, I am going to use ISO32 but I am not sure about the process.
1. is a pump needed to extract the oil from the tank? if not, is there any other option?
2. is the bleeding hole ( image 1 ) used to drain the oil too?
3. can someone give me the main steps or tips in order to do the entire operation?

Hi sir:
You are o.k 1) Need a pump to extract the oil from the tank.
2) the Pic is #1 for bleeding oil system from a) Valve security b) Clamp c)Knife
3) Are others screws that you must do it, otherwise you will have problem with the operation of the Paper cutter.

is there any specific hole to drain the oil or should I take off the cover of the tank (the one in the pic )?
