CD102-5 CP2000 year 2007 , control of inkslides doesn't work

Hi, we have just ended the re-installation of CD102-5 in our factory.
First tests are now running. There seems to be problem that ink profiles or handmade ink settings in CP2000 desk are not getting forward to printing units (inkslides won't react at all).
Error message is "Faulty communication between BEK and REK2. (91)"
During installation none of cables were detached from main electric cabinet.
Cables were detached from CP2000 console and reconnected wire by wire with connector numbers.
Any help to locate BEK and REK2 and specially possible cable(s) which should be re-checked or tested. Also any other hints would be appreciated very much.

 

Try to re seat the boards carefully. slide out and reset into pin slots

 

You need to check technical document for more information about rek2 and bek , also to check connexions , i think that there is something missing on the connexions

 

Hi, more technicall info has been studied and secrets of bek and rek's are now more open. Heidelberg's technician is coming for a visit tomorrow and let's see if he finds out the reason of malfunction.
Also registers and impression control seems to have malfunction so BEK or REK might be broken.
