CD-74 operating standards

I would like to get some input from other shops about what to expect from our CD-74 performance. Heidelberg sold our management on the idea that it will run 15,000 IPH 24/7/365 but that is not very realistic. Ours is a 6 color perfector with a coater and standard delivery. We are having some trouble with getting consistent sheet register on the full size (23.5" x 29") sheets at full speed (15000 IPH) and having a hell of a time with delivering light weight stock, under 80# (USA) weight.

What I would like to know is what the average operating speed is for lightweight, medium weight and card stock is based on your experience. Also would like to know how using the coater affects your speed on these stocks.
