Cd 102 move 10 degree in inching and stops and machine is not running

Can anyone help me in this problem with (Heidelberg cd 102 6+L) machine is inching 10 degree and stops when we again press the inching switch it will moves 10 degree again and stop.and not running machine,there is no lock showing in cptronic,no error in any card

Please test the module SLT for Drive Main Motor , specially;

a) SBM1
B)SBM2
Both module are Power rectifier , responsible, for backward, forward inching, Run the press, for the winding of Armature, and field circuit of main motor

Can be open, or short circuit, or Leak, and by that reason the machine will STOP and NOT run.

C)Clean very well the module from Oxide, and Retight the wire, Examine the rest of electronic components

D) Test the input Voltage of Vac, must be in 10% up or down. NOT more.

But it is not giving warning bell sound when i press the running switch.but while inching its giving warning bell sound

 

Yes, Chock gave you steps to follow. Unless you’re waiting on an easier fix, which is unlikely, suggest you follow his directions. You may wish to also check physical brake (the one on main motor).
