Cardstock with a sticker back?

I'm trying to figure out a simpler way to get this end result — 4x6 postcards with a crack and peel adhesive back. Does anyone know if anyone manufactures these types of sheets already? Currently, I'm able to get the end result through a multiple step process, but if there was a company that manufactured this type of stock it would make my life alot easier.
