Cardboard CD Sleeve printing tools?

Good Afternoon,

I am sorry if I am posting this thread where it shouldn't be, but I was hoping someone would be able to help me with a couple of questions I have.

We are starting a CD duplication business and we already got our duplicators, our CD printers that go directly on the CD (both lightscribe and regular ink *primera printer*) and now we were trying to find out what kind of printer we would need to be able to print a 2-panel CD cardboard sleeve. I know it may also require a separate machine to glue or assemble the sleeve and if you know where I can get that, I would deeply appreciate it!
