Hello everyone This is my first post and my first thread on this forum. If I made a mistake and this thread belongs somewhere else- my humble apologies and I will remove it and place it in appropriate sector As the title of my thread betrays, I have a problem with ciss on my aunt's Canon MG5550, or to be more specific- with ARC chips on the cartridges. Those chips are supposed to reset themselves everytime when(there are many different versions depending on type and time of manufacturing of the chip- I tried all of them): -everytime you turn off the printer, chips reset themselves to be recognized by the printer as at full capacity; -everytime printer recognizes cartridge as empty, then you unplug the cartridge from the print head and put it back again- printer should recognize it as full; -many combinations of options above. I am at my wits end, and don't know what to do with this. What am I supposed to do to somehow reset those chips? Please help me with this, any advice is priceless to me. Best regards folks, and Happy Easter Mathew
