    Hello,

Here in the office we have a Canon iR 3180C (lease) which we're having some trouble printing the blue color in our presentation (See the presentation and the scan of the print attached), it comes out a little bit pink on the beginning and the blue is not uniform.

I thought the problem could be the transparency so I took it away but it still was a bit pink on the beginning.

We've already asked the technicians to come and fix the printer but they say the printer works correctly since printing other bluish things work (see the scan of the dog painting).

The weird thing is that when I print to pdf, if I don't tick "High Quality" it shows the same problem with the blue (no pink though). If I tick high quality it works when I print to pdf.

I tried changing the quality in the printer's properties to the best one (Photo -> Foto) but I got the same result.

I'm attaching all of the files inside the zip blue_problem.zip .

I really appreciate if someone could help me find out what's going on :)

    Thank you in advance,

    Dan
