Canon ipf9100 issue need help

I am having trouble with my canon ipf9100. The proble is that when I turn the printer on it will sometimes shutdown during the startup. Sometims it will complete the startup, but when I send somethinng tho print it will shutdown before completing the print.
Also sometime after shuting down it will turn te display screen white and not turn the machine off completely. When this happens I have no way to turn the machne back on except unpluging the machine.
I could really use some help to figure out why the printer is doing this and if there is a way to fix it without having to pay for a technician to come fix it.

 

Hi, first of all you must see on error log. Reason may be simple like intensity of current, printhead problem, broken fuse but you will know that if you will read error log. Canon have simple way to find it
