Canon IPF8000s problem

    Hello,

    I'm new to this forum and english is not my native language (so pardon the spelling mistakes).
    I have a small business in Bucharest based on architecture.. the problem that i've incountered is that one of my equipments, a Canon IPF8000s, prints greys in pink or purple (something in between). From grey lines to grey shades to full grey, they all come out pinkish.
    The print heads are NEW, they have about 300 A0 farmats printed, cartriges are the 700ml ones and are almost full.
    Do you have any advice or ideas on what 's there to be done?
    It's very annoying... :(
