Canon imagePROGRAF iPF820 yellow block not printing

Hello everywon

brand new to this forum, Aussie field service engineer

this canon machine has had a new print head fitted, ink supply checks OK, however one yellow block is not printing at all (attachment supplied)

i am looking at replacing the Head Relay PCB, then the Carriage Relay PCB, then the Flexible Cable, then the Controller PCB in that order

i was wondering if anyone has had the same problem and can help with a firm diagnosis

any assistance very much appreciated
