Can anyone help me with Canon Imagepress c6010 80lb cover Linen paper settings? My prints look broken, like the toner is only laying on the surface of textured paper. This is with most paper settings in the canon library. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Can you suggest a paper setting that will help fill the voids?

If you can can access the service settings, you can turn up the transfer voltage on these machines. This applies a greater charge (or pull) when the toner in placed on the paper. This also does wonders if you ever print on synthetics. I almost guarantee this will fix the issue.
