Canon ImagePress C6000 crumpled paper problem

Hello, I have an ImagePress C6000VP the problem I'm having with the paper coming out crumpled I have had before , but I normaly fix this replacing the transfer roller. This time the paper is coming out crumpled from the first fixing unit and I haven't been able to fix it. Any ideas?
