Can_bus_dead_node

We just installed an idigo 5000, and when we power up the computer, we are getting a CAN_BUS_DEAD_NODE, and can_bus_IOC error. The stacker isn't lowering to the floor on startup either. Everything else turns on though. Amy idea as to what would be causing this error?
 
We figured out the problem. It's a communication issue with the UPS. If the cable is bad, or not plugged in properly, you will get this error, and the press will not complete it's boot up procedure.
