Can this be done!? The Minimum Order Quantity from the manufacturer is 10,000!

Hey all, I'd like to promote my business by buying blank packs / cartons of cigarette rolling papers and printing my logos / business info on them. Can you recommend a printer that I would be able to print a full pack (unfolded and on the back of course). If you could figure out a solution to print more than one at a time with some kind of jig that would be even better! Thanks everyone! The MOQ's for these are outrageous and I don't want 10,000... but 500 would be great!
